Tarsique is a software tool that runs published, deterministic checks against public data about a token on Base mainnet and drafts text from the results.

Not an endorsement. Scores and tiers are heuristics derived from published exchange and launchpad requirements. No exchange or launchpad endorses, reviews, or is affiliated with Tarsique. A score is not a listing decision and does not predict one.

Existence, not truth. Document checks verify that a document exists, is reachable, and is consistent with the token. They do not verify that its contents are true.

Holds. When a source is unavailable or rate limited, the check is reported as a hold. A hold is not a pass and not a failure.

Offer shield. VERIFIED CHANNEL means the pasted text contains a domain or handle sourced from the exchange's own site and has no conflicting signal. It does not authenticate the sender. Third-party and unverified registry references remain UNVERIFIABLE. An IMPERSONATION verdict is based on the mismatches shown in the evidence.

Dossiers. A dossier is a drafted starting point for a listing application, generated from evidence. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Review everything before you submit it anywhere.

Payments. Dossier payments are one-time, settle on Base mainnet in USDC through the x402 protocol, and are not refundable once settled. The settlement hash is shown on the dossier.

No warranty. The software is provided as is, under the MIT license, without warranty of any kind.
